1500m² transformation from a butcher to restaurant in the meatpacking district. Over an 18-month period, we transformed the old butcher shop at Flæsketovet into a restaurant and bar. The buildings are protected, so it was a project with a significant amount of regulatory processing and many compromises. The conversion was carried out with respect for the area and thoughtfully planned from ‘A to Z’ for future operations. This included new heating systems, ventilation, etc.
