UMEUS

My entry into property development was through NREP when I started developing the UMEUS student housing concept back in 2016. UMEUS is a contraction of YOU, ME & US and is designed to support a positive and professional study experience with the aim of fostering the creation of strong communities. UMEUS is developed as a fundamental foundation for an engaged and social student life. During my time at NREP, I was Head of Concept and COO for UMEUS. I developed the concept in collaboration with Henning Larsen Architects and was the driving force behind the construction of UMEUS Amager (10,000m²) and UMEUS Nordhavn (8,500m²).
